These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Prime Pest UAE website at primepestuae.com and your engagement with any pest control services provided by Prime Pest UAE in Al Ain and the surrounding areas of the Abu Dhabi emirate. By using our Website or booking any service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.
About Prime Pest UAE
Prime Pest UAE is a municipality-approved, fully licensed pest control company operating in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE. We provide residential and commercial pest control services, including cockroach control, termite control, bed bug control, ant control, rodent control, mosquito control, and fly control. Our operations comply with the licensing requirements of the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC), the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (DED), and the technical guidelines of the Abu Dhabi Waste Management Centre (Tadweer).
Use of Our Website
Permitted Use

Service Bookings and Appointments
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive a written or verbal confirmation from a Prime Pest UAE representative. Submitting an enquiry form or sending a WhatsApp message does not constitute a confirmed booking until we have acknowledged and confirmed the appointment details.
Property Access
You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to all areas of your property that require inspection or treatment at the agreed appointment time. Restricted access to relevant areas may limit the effectiveness of treatment and does not entitle you to a full refund for completed portions of the visit.
Customer Preparation Responsibilities
Before a pest control treatment visit, you are responsible for following the preparation instructions provided by our team. These typically include clearing kitchen cabinets, storing food in sealed containers, securing pets in untreated areas, and ensuring children are not present in treatment zones during application. Failure to prepare the property as instructed may reduce treatment effectiveness.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a confirmed appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency appointments cancelled without notice may be charged at a partial rate.
Service Guarantee and Follow-Up Visits
What Our Guarantee Covers
Prime Pest UAE provides a service guarantee on all standard pest control treatments. If pest activity continues at an unacceptable level after the initial treatment and the scheduled follow-up visit, we will return for a re-treatment at no additional charge within the guarantee period specified at the time of booking.
Guarantee Conditions
The service guarantee applies when the customer has followed all preparation and aftercare instructions, treated surfaces have not been cleaned or mopped for the minimum period specified by our technician after treatment, all recommended entry point sealing has been completed, and the property has not been re-exposed to infestation sources such as new infested furniture after treatment.
Follow-Up Visits
Every standard treatment includes one follow-up visit scheduled between day 10 and day 21 after the initial treatment. This visit is included in the quoted treatment price unless otherwise stated in writing. The follow-up visit must be taken within the specified window. Requests to reschedule the follow-up visit beyond 30 days from the initial treatment may be accommodated at our discretion, but fall outside the standard guarantee period.
Pricing and Payment
Quotations
All prices quoted by Prime Pest UAE are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5 percent VAT unless stated otherwise. Quotes provided via phone or WhatsApp before an on-site inspection are estimates only. The confirmed treatment price is provided after the technician completes the property inspection.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the treatment visit unless otherwise agreed in writing as part of an annual maintenance contract. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Invoices for commercial clients are due within 14 days of issue unless an alternative payment schedule has been agreed.
Annual Maintenance Contracts
Annual maintenance contracts (AMC) are ruled by a separate written agreement issued at the time of contract signing. AMC terms, including visit frequency, scope of services, cancellation conditions, and renewal terms, are specified in that agreement and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
Prime Pest UAE carries public liability insurance covering property damage or personal injury directly caused by our treatment activities. Any claim must be notified to us in writing within 48 hours of the incident. We are not liable for any pre-existing property damage, structural issues, or pest damage discovered during our inspection that existed before our visit.
Treatment Outcomes
Pest control outcomes depend on infestation severity, property conditions, customer preparation, and post-treatment practices. We apply municipality-approved treatments following certified protocols. However, we cannot guarantee complete elimination in a single visit for severe, long-standing infestations. Our guarantee structure, described above, ensures that persistent issues are addressed through follow-up treatment.
Indirect Losses
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from pest activity in your property, including lost business revenue, food spoilage, or property devaluation. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the pest control services provided.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including text, service descriptions, images, pricing guides, and blog articles, is the intellectual property of Prime Pest UAE. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from our Website without our express written permission. Sharing links to our content for non-commercial personal use is permitted.
Privacy
Your use of our Website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at primepestuae.com/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from the use of our Website or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
